What is Household Hazardous Waste?

HHW is any leftover household product that is flammable, corrosive, reactive,
or toxic. Examples: Cleaning liquids, Mercury thermometers/thermostats, Oil,
Pesticides, Fluorescent light bulbs, Propane cylinders, Antifreeze and automotive fluids.

For information on what items can be disposed of at our Household Hazardous Waste Site,
please refer to the information below as to
what IS ACCEPTABLE and what IS NOT ACCEPTABLE.

PLEASE NOTE…THIS FACILITY DOES NOT TAKE LATEX PAINT!!!
Latex paint can be dried up with kitty litter and placed with your bulk rubbish (or junk)..
